10 Sep Frosty Sunday morning in Canberra
Hats off to Farmers Daughter in Yarralumla. They are open from 7 am on the weekend. And hell I need a coffee! I knew as soon as I jumped out of bed this morning that I did not get enough sleep last night.
There is something so incredibly lovely about waking up to a view of beautiful trees over the street and sky. It felt so invigorating to wake up in a whole different house in a different city.
And the whole morning is ahead of me. It will make me think about what kinds of things one can get up to on the weekend in Canberra. The only issue is going to be waiting for things to open. But maybe I can chat on the phone some or go and sit in the sun!
It is so cold! There was ice on my windscreen this morning! A frost! How invigorating.
