So, so good! I can’t believe that I forgot about The Cruel Sea band. They are so brilliant. Their music is wonderful, even now!

I just listened to The Honeymoon is Over and Better Get a Lawyer. I am hooked!

I feel like this was the era of music that most people (in Australia at least) love the most. Or at least that is what a poll said on Triple J a while ago. It was all 90s music that turned people on.

I feel like this era was a bit of the end of an era in a way (at least for me). It was often pub rock and gritty pop-rock that would make the world sing.

And I followed The Cruel Sea band over quite a few albums, I believe so it wasn’t exactly a flash in the pan.

Thanks so much to Double J for posting about this today! Apparently, they are having a revival tour. I would love to see that! Tickets go on sale tomorrow the 29th of August at 10 am!! Get on it 🙂
