I have started a new playlist featuring my favourite songs from the period between 2006 and 2015 – so the mid 00’s to the mid 10’s basically. It coincides with the period that I was living and working on the Sapphire Coast.

There is a lot of music to add, and I will continue to do so. There is so much of it! It is really fun to build this playlist because much of the music of the period ‘came online’ and was accessible via Spotify and other streaming services.

And there are definitely some highlights! Who could forget the entrance of Flight Facilities onto the scene? Or the wonderful early career of the Cat Empire?

Music was one thing that I really loved during this period. So, it is nice to reflect back on what resonated with me the most during this decade.
