Mork Hot Chocolate!! How do they do that?
It was a truly incredible cup of hot chocolate. Hard to explain really. We had the Junior Dark and it was beautifully rich and creamy. They must have a very special blending recipe to create a cup of drinking chocolate that is quite so divine.
I didn’t see them make our drinks, but I did notice that they had these kinds of ‘taps’ like beer or sparkling water taps in a way, that they may have poured the silky, rich, incredible goodness from. (???!!)
We sat outside to catch a rare glimpse of sunshine in an otherwise rainy week in Melbourne. They had a few treats in terms of food snacks. . . some pastries and chocolate themed snackx.
My friend suggested that the pure cacao would give us a ‘high’ afterwards, and I think she was right, because it lifted my spirits significantly.
Drinking a cacao beverage at home just doesn’t seem the same anymore. . . I need to learn more about this lovely art of hot chocolate making!!
They have an online shop, but it looks like they sell powdered hot chocolate and I expect this would have the same issues as blending milk with pure cacao in the first place!
