Was such a lovely trip. I needn’t have been so concerned about the prophetic dream I had about Miss Party Feet and the crash zone of hearing the call for the Sydney aeroplane on the morning before I met with the house sitting hosts back in May or whenever I organised that.
One of the best things about holidays is the WALKING. . . I was averaging 18,000 step days and even though my foot was so sore, it was lovely to walk so much. For the first time in my personal history I actually LOST (a tiny bit) of weight on that adventure, which is not what normally happens for me at all, so I must have been doing something right!!
In any case, it was just sunshine and rainbows (apart from the deathly wintry birds of loneliness that happened between hanging out with Monte the dog or my friends).
