03 Sep homeward bound
Home tomorrow. 😀
I am so excited. It has been four weeks since I slept in my little Collingwood apartment, and while it has been fun to explore some other parts of Melbourne, I am keen to get back and start cooking in my new kitchen.
It won’t be completely finished of course. The tiles will be another 10 days at least, and then the electrician has to come back to fit off. It sounds like my Dad might come back during my next house sit to do the bulkheads and cornices.
My next job is to put everything back into the kitchen!! And then pack up everything else that is loose in the living and bedrooms for the floor installation. HOW EXCITING!! The floors are going to make such a big difference.
