Last day of summer 🙁
We ate icy poles to celebrate.
It was a beautiful day in Melbourne, and I went on an adventure to somewhere I have never seen before.
It feels like it was the perfect summer, weather wise. But I am mindful that I wasted so much of it feeling like utter crap.
There is something not quite right about the dates in Australia. Maybe if summer ended on March 21, or began on December 21, summer would feel more substantial. It always feels short for some reason, with Christmas in the middle of it.
Time to reflect on what good can be achieved this year, perhaps. Maybe it is the start of the productive part of the year.
