20 Jan Summer swims in the city
It feels like a real summer when swimming is involved. Today, I went to my friend’s house in Northcote and we swam in her backyard pool, while we chatted and sipped on summer-style beverages. It was truly delightful. A lovely thing to do. We agreed to do it more this summer.
It makes for a perfect evening of sipping on beer, and letting the day rest on my soul.
Others say that 2024 is going to be a great year. And apparently, it starts today, getting rid of the energy of the past 15 years. I am feeling it! Having let this relationship go, I feel like I can move on to other things. ‘Hallelujah, baby! We’re no longer together.’ – Owl Eyes (??)
This is the joy of moving on. But having it let it bring more growth into my world. I think it is good to come to a better understanding of it. And never again with that slime rat.
