I love Sundays. It is so nice to wash clothes, wash dishes and clean the house. All the more therapeutic when I am feeling incredibly crappy from a reduction in medication. All I want to do today is to soothe my soul.

I quite enjoyed Nathaniel singing Marvin Gaye at the Chapel off Chapel Summer Sessions last night. It was over performed and over directed, but it was still a nice Saturday night of soul music.
