15 Jun dreaming of the perfect shot
The problem with planning Instagram is that I am looking for a particular shot. And nothing in my existing library will do. I am wondering if it will ruin the fun of Instagram, if I am going to get obsessed with planning the next shot. It will not be as instantaneous and fun as it has been so far.
In any case, in my research, I have been looking for locations of street art around my neighbourhood. I have found a couple of streets that might have just the shot that I am looking for.
It made me realise how incredibly transient street art is, and everything that I saw on a website dedicated to the streets around my tram line would probably have been replaced by now. In my opinion that is even more reason to document it. Photographs of street art are precious because they will probably be painted over in time.
It is rich and interesting. Don’t you think?
